Martens Cleaning has its own 200-metre deep-sea terminal with a direct deep-water access. The company is very centrally located between Antwerp and Rotterdam, with excellent connections by road and inland waterways.

Thanks to our nation-wide waste collection permit in Belgium and the Netherlands, we can collect any maritime waste, including waste that contains oil or chemicals. All waste is largely processed in our own installation. While doing so, we are always searching for the highest level of reuse, according to the Ladder of Lansink.

Fast and efficient

Using our collection ships, we collect maritime waste in the regions of Rotterdam, Vlissingen, Terneuzen, Antwerp and Ghent. Our service level is very high. For example, even if a ship is moored for a short while only, we can still collect its waste and clean the ship. Using specialised material - such as vacuum lorries, high-pressure units, hot-water units - we can wash and clean fuel tanks, ballast tanks including double-bottom tanks, engine rooms and cargo tanks.

This way, we will help our clients as fast and as efficiently as possible, while causing the owner or shipping company as little nuisance as possible.

Certificate

We work according to the strictest health & safety requirements. And, if desired, we will present a cleaning or processing certificate after the job has been done.  The client's wishes and requirements are the basis upon which we work.
